Never before utilized a home cleaning service. However, I couldn't prioritize the time to do the thorough cleaning (wiping down walls, baseboards, mopping, etc. After a night of just being frustrated, relegating thoughts of maybe Let me Move Somewhere Else...to give me that Fresh and Clean Feel....I googled and found Lela of All Purpose Clean. I sent an email asking "HELP"....and provided the general details (2bed, 1 bath Unit) - I text the address, left my key to my unit in a secure location, and went to work. I got a text that they'd arrived, and I then arranged for payment. The price was fair (based on what I know I would have charged and the work involved)...but when I got home....ALL PURPOSE provided me that "SOMEWHERE ELSE" FEELING...I mean everything was BRIGHT and the LIGHTS' were not even on - coupled with the Clean and Fresh smell....I mean, hands down gonna be my go-to for House Maintenance and Cleaning Needs. There is no embellishment of this report...ALL FACTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was completely overwhelmed and exhausted so I knew I needed some help recovering my home. I found All Purpose Clean Up on Yelp and called immediately. One of the owners answered and she was so calming and reassuring that they could handle both the junk haul and deep cleaning, I immediately felt more comfortable. I met with the other owner the next morning for a quote, he was honest and fairly priced. They came back the next day to perform the services right on time, and by the end of the day, my rental home was spotless. I was amazed. What's even more impressive is the fact that there was no electricity at the house so I asked them just to pick up the litter so I could vacuum later - when I tell you, the floor AND carpets were CLEAN, I don't even have to vacuum! I am just so thankful for their help during a really stressful time. I will call them again whenever I need regular cleaning services. Outstanding company!
I found All Purpose Clean Up through Google search and was immediately drawn to their 5.0 review rating, and now I know why!! I initially requested a quote to remove junk and trash from my garage as I am preparing to move. When the owner came out to speak with me I was impressed with the price, honesty and willingness to make sure I was comfortable with the service I was being offered. Fortunately for me there was a slot open the same day and they did a FANTASTIC job!! While speaking with the owner he also mentioned that they offer move out and move in cleaning services should I need it for my current or new property. Once again I called and inquired about a quote for cleaning service and was given an excellent and fair price for the size of the job. The morning of the cleaning the ladies arrived on time, and even finished ahead of schedule. The owner herself even came out to ensure that I was happy with the service and rolled up her sleeves to pitch in and assist with the cleaning. I love it when owners take pride in their company, the work that is being done. Both times I worked with All Purpose Clean Up communication was timely and responsive. Don and his team at All Purpose Clean Up are the best that you're going to get in this area. I can promise you.. Punctual, courteous, specialized, efficient, and professional. Don came to my house to give me a quote, looked at the mess downstairs, and nodded his head "I'll take care of it". From that moment on, I knew I was in good hands. I'm talking about years and piles of basement crap here, no small job. Don and his team came on a Saturday morning, ahead of schedule! As soon as they pulled up they assessed, he delegated the work and got to work himself. They were hauling huge pieces of furniture, filling and hauling contractor bags, even a huge rug out the door. I'm pregnant so I couldn't go down much, but something inside of me told me that things were getting handled properly and they were. Anything that he suspected that wasn't trash he'd ask me. I mean, there was a lot of care taken in this situation and I really appreciated that. After about 4 hours of hauling and cleaning, they swept up the dirt and I was left with a brand new basement that I can remodel into a play room for my baby. I couldn't have asked for a better relief. Also for the price, you just can't beat it. Don and his team are wonderful and I can't wait to work with they again.

This company gave me free estimate and did the job in a timely manner. All this being said for the first time I used them caused me to request a second service of moving me from one location to another. Even though they don't provide this service the company and an exception on my behalf and moved me. So when they say no job I s too big or too small this is a true statement. My father recently moved out his home and the place was in need of a ‘deep clean’ within 24-48 hrs before the realtors begin showing the home. That day came when the top stair broke halfway when my husband was walking down. I went to Yelp and saw All Purpose Clean Up. Donald, the owner, responded quickly to my request. He came out and gave me a quote and it was slightly less than the other quote I got so I went with him. I got a text before the scheduled date to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time and he removed the deck with the help of 2 guys. They worked fast and he sent 2 guys with a truck to come collect all the wood the next day. I called three places looking for someone to remove abut 15 boxes + a queen headboard from a storage unit. Previous owners had abondoned and we were hoping to be able to use the unit. I had very odd interactions with the first two and wasn't feeling great about this process. Then I called All Purpose Clean Up. Donald was extremely friendly and accommodating, working with me to find a time that worked in my schedule. He also had me send him a picture so that I was clear on price etc. He arrived early which was better for me and worked quickly and efficiently to get all Of the stuff out! I requested a quote and the owner Donald got back in touch with me within a few minutes. He came out and gave me an estimate, and two days later his crew came out and removed everything!!! The young men were courteous and professional, and I am extremely pleased with the work they did.
The team went above and beyond to remove a large couch through a narrow foyer. Initially, it appeared that we were not going to be able to remove the couch without damaging the walls. The owner, Donald, personally dropped by to assess the furniture and space. They were then able to remove the couch successfully. I truly appreciate the patience, professionalism, and commitment to provide high quality customer service. Job well done!

I called All Purpose Clean Up and someone answered almost immediately. I inquired about having some yard debris removed and was asked if I could forward a photo of what I wanted removed so that I could get a more accurate price quote- which I did. And within an hour I received what I thought to be a reasonable price for the job. The day of service, Donald the driver called ahead of time to confirm his arrival, and actually arrived ahead of time. They guys did their job professionally, without needing to be micro-managed, and without complaining. I would definitely use their service again.

Donald and his crew were professional,on time , efficient, and so fast! I just got the estimate on the thirty- first! I needed my basement cleaned out to have it remodeled .... was quoted a very reasonable price but added some more for a few dollars more and Donald and his crew were very accommodating! I had a great experience with All Purpose Clean Up from the initial estimate with Donald the owner to the moving team. I needed a garage cleaned out and some old (and heavy) furniture moved out. They were very mindful of a work appt I had already scheduled and the crew actually arrived earlier than the scheduled time (YAY!). They did a fantastic job and worked very efficiently and finished up well before my work appointment! I will definitely call All Purpose Clean Up again for other moves I will have!
They did a great job with the construction debris clean out. We had a lot of stuff, kitchen and bathroom demo remains. Got it all done in a timely manner and were super friendly and engaging to my mom and I during the process. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others. He & I had great communication, they were professional, prompt, and quick. This company exceeded my expectations and I’ll definitely be using them again and referring others. Where do I begin?!! First, I was surprised to get a next day estimate after calling so close to closing hours. Donald came out, gave reasonable pricing and was able to squeeze me on the schedule for same day removal!! Definitely a blessing because I planned to rent my unit out this weekend!! He and Larry were very professional and super fast!! Those guys work extremely hard and had the nerve to turn down my tip!!! I'm very impressed with the customer service, so respectful, even saying ma'am and I'm in my 30s!! My experience with this company was excellent. The movers arrived earlier than the scheduled time and promptly started and finished the task within an hour, although I live in an apartment on the 5th floor at the end of the hall. I would definitely use their services again as well as recommend to others.
