One of the owners answered and she was so calming and reassuring that they could handle both the junk haul and deep cleaning, I immediately felt more comfortable. I met with the other owner the next morning for a quote, he was honest and fairly priced. They came back the next day to perform the services right on time, and by the end of the day, my rental home was spotless. I was amazed. What's even more impressive is the fact that there was no electricity at the house so I asked them just to pick up the litter so I could vacuum later - when I tell you, the floor AND carpets were CLEAN, I don't even have to vacuum! I am just so thankful for their help during a really stressful time. I will call them again whenever I need regular cleaning services. Outstanding company!

The former owner of my house didn't maintain the deck so I knew eventually I was going to have to get ot replaced or torn down. That day came when the top stair broke halfway when my husband was walking down. I went to Yelp and saw All Purpose Clean Up. Donald, the owner, responded quickly to my request. He came out and gave me a quote and it was slightly less than the other quote I got so I went with him. I got a text before the scheduled date to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time and he removed the deck with the help of 2 guys. They worked fast and he sent 2 guys with a truck to come collect all the wood the next day. It was nice supporting a Black business and getting more than I was expecting. I will definitely use this company again if the need arises

I had a wonderful experience with All Purpose Cleanup! I called this past Sunday afternoon because I needed some things removed asap and the crew showed up around 8am on Monday morning. From the phone call until the guys left my house everyone that I interacted with from the company was professional and the customer service was excellent. I really appreciate the job this company did for my family. My senior mom had a whole house hoarding situation and All Purpose Clean Up worked so patiently, compassionately and timely on the job. I spoke with other vendors to do the job even used one briefly but I found this company had the best consistency and professionalism. Highly recommend them for big and small jobs.

I found All Purpose Clean Up through Google search and was immediately drawn to their 5.0 review rating, and now I know why!! I initially requested a quote to remove junk and trash from my garage as I am preparing to move. When the owner came out to speak with me I was impressed with the price, honesty and willingness to make sure I was comfortable with the service I was being offered. Fortunately for me there was a slot open the same day and they did a FANTASTIC job!! While speaking with the owner he also mentioned that they offer move out and move in cleaning services should I need it for my current or new property. Once again I called and inquired about a quote for cleaning service and was given an excellent and fair price for the size of the job. The morning of the cleaning the ladies arrived on time, and even finished ahead of schedule. The owner herself even came out to ensure that I was happy with the service and rolled up her sleeves to pitch in and assist with the cleaning. I love it when owners take pride in their company, the work that is being done. Both times I worked with All Purpose Clean Up communication was timely and responsive. I have only good things to say about the work that was done, and will definitely use their services again.

Where do I begin?!! First, I was surprised to get a next day estimate after calling so close to closing hours. Donald came out, gave reasonable pricing and was able to squeeze me on the schedule for same day removal!! Definitely a blessing because I planned to rent my unit out this weekend!! He and Larry were very professional and super fast!! Those guys work extremely hard and had the nerve to turn down my tip!!! I'm very impressed with the customer service, so respectful, even saying ma'am and I'm in my 30s!! Don and his team at All Purpose Clean Up are the best that you're going to get in this area. I can promise you.. Punctual, courteous, specialized, efficient, and professional. Don came to my house to give me a quote, looked at the mess downstairs, and nodded his head "I'll take care of it". From that moment on, I knew I was in good hands. I'm talking about years and piles of basement crap here, no small job. Don and his team came on a Saturday morning, ahead of schedule! As soon as they pulled up they assessed, he delegated the work and got to work himself. They were hauling huge pieces of furniture, filling and hauling contractor bags, even a huge rug out the door. I'm pregnant so I couldn't go down much, but something inside of me told me that things were getting handled properly and they were. Anything that he suspected that wasn't trash he'd ask me. I mean, there was a lot of care taken in this situation and I really appreciated that. After about 4 hours of hauling and cleaning, they swept up the dirt and I was left with a brand new basement that I can remodel into a play room for my baby. I couldn't have asked for a better relief. Also for the price, you just can't beat it. Don and his team are wonderful and I can't wait to work with they again.

Never before utilized a home cleaning service. However, I couldn't prioritize the time to do the thorough cleaning (wiping down walls, baseboards, mopping, etc. After a night of just being frustrated, relegating thoughts of maybe Let me Move Somewhere Else...to give me that Fresh and Clean Feel....I googled and found Lela of All Purpose Clean. I sent an email asking "HELP"....and provided the general details (2bed, 1 bath Unit) - I text the address, left my key to my unit in a secure location, and went to work. I got a text that they'd arrived, and I then arranged for payment. The price was fair (based on what I know I would have charged and the work involved)...but when I got home....ALL PURPOSE provided me that "SOMEWHERE ELSE" FEELING...I mean everything was BRIGHT and the LIGHTS' were not even on - coupled with the Clean and Fresh smell....I mean, hands down gonna be my go-to for House Maintenance and Cleaning Needs. There is no embellishment of this report...ALL FACTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beyond incredibly professional, responsible and efficient. Lela sent before and after photos (prior to payment) as they were cleaning out a relative's apartment and I live out of town. They even came out on time in the snow to follow through. I rarely review but I was super impressed. I highly recommend this company.
