Beyond incredibly professional, responsible and efficient. Lela sent before and after photos (prior to payment) as they were cleaning out a relative's apartment and I live out of town. They even came out on time in the snow to follow through. I rarely review but I was super impressed. I highly recommend this company.

The team went above and beyond to remove a large couch through a narrow foyer. Initially, it appeared that we were not going to be able to remove the couch without damaging the walls. The owner, Donald, personally dropped by to assess the furniture and space. They were then able to remove the couch successfully. I found All Purpose Clean Up through Google search and was immediately drawn to their 5.0 review rating, and now I know why!! I initially requested a quote to remove junk and trash from my garage as I am preparing to move. When the owner came out to speak with me I was impressed with the price, honesty and willingness to make sure I was comfortable with the service I was being offered. Fortunately for me there was a slot open the same day and they did a FANTASTIC job!! While speaking with the owner he also mentioned that they offer move out and move in cleaning services should I need it for my current or new property. Once again I called and inquired about a quote for cleaning service and was given an excellent and fair price for the size of the job. The morning of the cleaning the ladies arrived on time, and even finished ahead of schedule. The owner herself even came out to ensure that I was happy with the service and rolled up her sleeves to pitch in and assist with the cleaning. I love it when owners take pride in their company, the work that is being done. Both times I worked with All Purpose Clean Up communication was timely and responsive. I have only good things to say about the work that was done, and will definitely use their services again.
My rental property was left in poor condition with a serious unsanitary mess inside my home and lots of trash and debris on the outside of the home. I was completely overwhelmed and exhausted so I knew I needed some help recovering my home. I found All Purpose Clean Up on Yelp and called immediately. One of the owners answered and she was so calming and reassuring that they could handle both the junk haul and deep cleaning, I immediately felt more comfortable. I met with the other owner the next morning for a quote, he was honest and fairly priced. They came back the next day to perform the services right on time, and by the end of the day, my rental home was spotless. I was amazed. What's even more impressive is the fact that there was no electricity at the house so I asked them just to pick up the litter so I could vacuum later - when I tell you, the floor AND carpets were CLEAN, I don't even have to vacuum! I am just so thankful for their help during a really stressful time. I will call them again whenever I need regular cleaning services. Outstanding company!
Don and his team at All Purpose Clean Up are the best that you're going to get in this area. I can promise you.. Punctual, courteous, specialized, efficient, and professional. Don came to my house to give me a quote, looked at the mess downstairs, and nodded his head "I'll take care of it". From that moment on, I knew I was in good hands. I'm talking about years and piles of basement crap here, no small job. Don and his team came on a Saturday morning, ahead of schedule! As soon as they pulled up they assessed, he delegated the work and got to work himself. They were hauling huge pieces of furniture, filling and hauling contractor bags, even a huge rug out the door. I'm pregnant so I couldn't go down much, but something inside of me told me that things were getting handled properly and they were. Anything that he suspected that wasn't trash he'd ask me. I mean, there was a lot of care taken in this situation and I really appreciated that. After about 4 hours of hauling and cleaning, they swept up the dirt and I was left with a brand new basement that I can remodel into a play room for my baby. I couldn't have asked for a better relief. Also for the price, you just can't beat it. Don and his team are wonderful and I can't wait to work with they again.

I called three places looking for someone to remove abut 15 boxes + a queen headboard from a storage unit. Previous owners had abondoned and we were hoping to be able to use the unit. I had very odd interactions with the first two and wasn't feeling great about this process. Then I called All Purpose Clean Up. Donald was extremely friendly and accommodating, working with me to find a time that worked in my schedule. He also had me send him a picture so that I was clear on price etc. He arrived early which was better for me and worked quickly and efficiently to get all Of the stuff out! Not only was the process so easy, but he was so friendly, it was enjoyable!

I needed my basement cleaned out to have it remodeled .... was quoted a very reasonable price but added some more for a few dollars more and Donald and his crew were very accommodating! I had a fantastic experience with Lela and her cleaning crew. My father recently moved out his home and the place was in need of a ‘deep clean’ within 24-48 hrs before the realtors begin showing the home.
